Today in class we answered questions on feudalism in Europe. Here are the answers to the questions…

1.    Lord- a landowner
Fief- grant of land 
Vassal- person that is receiving the fief
Knight- mounted horsemen who pledged to defend their lords land in exchange for fiefs 
Serf- people who could not lawfully leave the place they were born
Manor- a lord’s estate 
Tithe- church tax
2.    The Magyars, the Muslims, and the Vikings
3.    The lords could not buy or sell the, but what their labor produced belonged to the lord.
4.    King, Noble, Knight


That is all we had to do in this class today so it was really easy and now we have the rest of the class to do whatever we want to do.

Today in class we went over two power point on the medieval times. We look at who the rulers were and what they did for their kingdom and weather the improved the life of the kingdom or if they made life worse. test day

Today in class we took a test, and we also are about to do some questions in the textbook. It think that the test was pretty easy and that I did good but I am still nervous of what I got, I feel like I did good but I don’t know if I really did good so we have to find out when we get the test back, I don’t know maybe he will grade the test today in this class and we will find out today. I am excited because tomorrow is a half day s that is nice and we get out at 12:45.
